New construction

The total new construction of all of our Pikmeerkruisers takes place under tight planning.
 

-  Building of body, on average 4 to 5 weeks.
-  Painting department has 2 paint spray cabins at its disposal, where basis coating and finishing coat are applied.  
-  Fitting and installation motor.
-  The carpentry department has 3 work locations at its disposal for the purpose of new construction. Within 8 weeks on average, a complete Pikmeer is constructed from solid teak and sheet material.
-  Varnishing takes place after the carpentry.
-  Finally, the end assembly and upholstery/furnishings.

Our well-run and organized construction process guarantees your quality. The people we employ are engaged permanently in what they are good at. Through this we are able to warrant a lengthy guarantee period:

Construction & body: 10 years
Woodwork: 5 years
Paintwork system: 3 years
Motor & equipment: On average 2 years, following on from the factory guarantee.
